Beautiful Gibson ES 335 Dot Cherry Yamano Order 2004 w/ OHSC & Docs

Here is a beautiful 20 year old holy grail era Yamano Japan ES 335 Dot. It’s fully original just as it came out of Gibson’s Nashville factory back in 2004 and is in lovely condition for such an old Gibson. Although built in the USA like all Gibson guitars, this one was especially selected for export to Japan by Yamano. Rest assured this is a genuine Yamano. It has a beautiful subtly figured Cherry flametop. It’s ageing very well and becoming a real vintage looker. Factory fitted grovers have taken on a dull grey patina and are working fine, stays in tune for days. The neck and body binding has turned a really nice off-white. Neck is dead straight truss rod checked and functioning fine, plenty of life left in the frets, never re-fretted so fret ends still have their binding. No big nasty paint chips and nothing bad has ever happened to it. Just some light general playwear commensurate with its age. There have been no modifications, no breaks and no repairs. Plays and sounds great, super resonant unplugged with a great action.  Has a comfortable profile neck carve, sitting somewhere between a '59 and '60. Nicely balanced & weighs in at 4kg on our postal scales. It is complete with its original Japanese Yamano booklet and original Gibson hardcase. Case is functioning fine, latches working fine & combi lock working fine. I’ll let the pics tell the rest of the story. A wonderful old ES 335 dot.
