Fender Japan 1962 RI Precision Bass MIJ J-Serial 1991 Vintage FujiGen 3TS

Here is a very cool vintage Japanese Fender 1962 Reissue FujiGen built Precision Bass in classic Three Tone Sunburst (PB62-70). This one is an absolute beast. It’s a very old ’62 RI from 1991 & has the build date pencilled under the clearcoat on the neck heel (4th March 1991). These old FujiGen built P-basses are incredibly sought-after for good reason. It feels very comfortable to play. It has an alder body with maple neck and dark rosewood fingerboard. Great sounding pups. Neck straight, truss rod fine, plenty of life in the frets. Weight is 4.1kg. It’s has vintage spec reverse tuners. All the metal hardware has a dull patina. There are bumps & scuffs and a couple little paint nicks - all age appropriate. It has a heavy duty non-original heavy duty padded softcase. A beautifully crafted old Japanese Fender P bass. If you are looking for a vintage FujiGen built Fender ’62 RI P-bass this is the one.
