For sale is this rare Fender Japan FSR Silver Sparkle Top 1960's Custom Telecaster. These models were made in very limited numbers in a one-off 2023 run exclusively for the Japanese market and sold out in the blink of an eye. They will likely never be built again. It's a Fender Japan built guitar, not Mexican, so you can expect excellent build quality and tonewoods with an alder body complimented by body binding and belly cutaway. You also get a beautiful feeling satin maple neck with modern C profile carve, vintage style frets, super dark and dense Rosewood fingerboard (9.5 radius), bone nut (42mm) and 2 killer sounding blacktop filtertrons. It has Kluson style locking tuners, CTS 500k pots and a Sprague Orange Drop tone cap. Weight comes in at 3.6kg. It is in as new & unplayed condition. Pickups and pickguard still have clear protective film in place.No notable blemishes. Complete with Telecaster Fender branded softcase and all Fender Japan docs. A truly beautiful Telecaster and a sound investment for the future.
