Fender Japan Ltd Edition Ikebe Exclusive 1966 RI Reverse HS Stratocaster w/ HSC

Here is a scarce Fender Japan Ikebe Ltd Edition 1966 reissue reverse headstock Stratocaster. It a superb looking and playing Strat. It has a lightweight ash body with a translucent white (U.S. Blonde) finish, a great feeling satin maple neck and 9.5 radius maple fingerboard with abalone dot inlays. The ash under the translucent finish looks superb on this one (pics!) It has an anodized gold pickguard and the 1966 style large resonant headstock, which is reversed on this limited edition model. Really resonant when unplugged and feels great to play. Structurally and electrically sound. Weight 3.5kg. Neck dead straight, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets. No issues at all. No breaks or repairs, Very clean with no noticeable marks or blemishes. Still has clear plastic protectors on pickups. Complete with Stratocaster hardcase and docs. Please remember this was built by Fender Japan so you can be assured the fit and finish is the best you will find outside of the U.S. custom shop.  A very cool Stratocaster and not one you will see again in a hurry. Once it’s gone it’s gone.
