Fender Japan Telecaster Custom RI MIJ 2015 Vintage White w/ Black Binding MIJ
Top of the line 1962 fully bound Reissue Custom Telecaster from Fender Japan (not Mexican). Vintage White is one of the harder colours to find on ’62 Teles & outside of Japan as it was domestic only. It’s an MIJ JD-Serial from 2015 with a lightweight alder body, 3-ply cream pickguard, full black body binding & 3 spiral saddles. Some really nice tonewoods were used for this one. Great looking and feeling dark & dense slab rosewood fingerboard with 7.25 radius. It has U.S. TL Vintage pickups which sound fine. Really resonant too when unplugged. Structurally and electrically sound. Neck dead straight, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets. No issues at all. No breaks or repairs. Weight is 3.5kg. No modifications save for a pretty cool Fender Japan 3-ply cream pickguard. It’s clean with no big blemishes, just light playwear. Complete with period correct Fender Japan softcsase (one zip pull missing). A very cool Fender MIJ ’62 reissue VWH Custom Telecaster.
