Fender Mustang 1973 RI Competiton Edition Fiesta Red w/ Matching Headstock MIJ

Here is a really scarce vintage specification Fender Japan '73 Reissue Competition edition Mustang. It’s an MIJ T-Serial MIJ (2007) in rare factory Fiesta Red finish with matching headstock and vintage white competition stripes. We don’t see many in this finish from Fender Japan, most you will see will be CAR or OCAR. Awesome vintage specs with Poplar body, 7.25 radius rosewood fretboard, white button tuners & 3-ply pearl pickguard. The neck is dead straight, truss rod fine with plenty of life left in the frets. No breaks, repairs or routing. Structurally and electrically fine.  Weight 3.2kg. Overall in clean condition with just a few bumps and scuffs . No paint chips. Complete with original period correct Fender Japan branded softcase (all zips working!) and 5mm threaded black tipped tremolo arm (just drops in as usual). Built immaculately as you'd expect from Fender Japan. A beautiful 1973 vintage specification reissue Mustang in a rare finish.
