Gibson Les Paul Standard 1992 Heritage Cherry Sunburst 100% Original w/ OHSC

From back when Gibson still building superb Les Paul Standards, here is an absolutely gorgeous Gibson Standard Heritage Cherry from 1990. It’s a real vintage looker, with a faded heritage cherry burst and the binding and all the plastics naturally yellowing. The neck is a comfortable solid '59 profile. It was built in Gibson’s USA Nashville plant in 1992 which is way before Gibson introduced chambering on their standards so yep, it’s non-chambered. It retails all its original features including great sounding warm & chiming 490R & 498T humbuckers. There is still plenty of life in the frets (never had a refret so still has its fret end binding) with a great action and plays cleanly in all registers, the truss rod is fine & retains its original ‘Standard’ truss rod cover. The neck the neck is straight with no issues at all. No problems either structurally or electrically. Nice un-chambered weight at 4.2kg. Nothing bad has ever happened to it with absolutely no breaks or repairs etc. and there are no big nasty dings, just general playwear consummate with age (it’s over 30 years old!) & some scuffing scratches on the back. Comes with original tan tolex Gibson HSC, with pink shroud, which is in great condition. A rare chance to get your hands on a top quality Les Paul Standard from the great Gibson years.
